Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policyfor all unworn, undamaged pearl jewelry in its original packaging. Personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with no signs of wear or damage.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Custom engraved pieces: All custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time (5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund posting. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
