We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring your pieces last and shine.

📅 Warranty Period

All Prismé Jewel pearl jewelry comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as outlined below.

✅ Covered Warranty Issues

Our warranty applies to the following manufacturing defects (non-human damage):
• Hand-set pearl or stone detachment upon delivery or normal wear within the warranty period.
• Cracking or breaking of premium S925 sterling silver (not caused by external impact).
• Malfunction of necklace/bracelet extender chains (stuck, broken, or unable to fasten properly, not caused by pulling).
• Severe gold plating fading within 30 days of purchase (under normal wear, not caused by contact with perfumes, lotions, or water).

❌ Non-Covered Issues

The following situations are not covered by our warranty:
• Normal wear and tear: Natural fading of gold plating, minor scratches on pearls, or slight wear from daily use.
• Human damage: Damage caused by impact, pulling, improper care, or contact with chemicals (perfumes, lotions, water).
• Lost, stolen, or tampered products.
• Custom engraved pieces: All custom engraved items are final sale and not covered by the warranty.
• Products exceeding the 1-year warranty period.

🔍 Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Our Support: If you encounter a covered warranty issue within 1 year of delivery, email our customer service team at hello@prismejewel.com.
2. Provide Proof: Submit photos/videos of the defect (to verify non-human damage), your order number, and delivery date.
3. Verification & Processing: After verification, we will provide a free replacement (no need to return the original item), with shipping fully covered by Prismé Jewel.
4. Discontinued Products: If the item is discontinued, we will offer a product of equal value as a replacement.

• Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• The warranty does not replace our 30-day quality guarantee or 7-day hassle-free return policy.
